Advance Your Career in Brand Marketing at Whirlpool

 

The Brand Portfolio Leadership Development Program (BPLDP) is an exciting and challenging opportunity for recent MBA graduates. This fast track rotational program is designed to recruit and accelerate the development of future category leaders. Brands for the program include Whirlpool, Maytag, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Jenn-Air and Amana. Participants will be engaged through constant and rigorous training and development, including functional, core competency and cross functional training and leadership development.

Participants will also gain valuable experience through numerous encounters with senior leaders, both planned and spontaneous. Each participant is assigned a mentor to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Participants will also work on a key community building initiatives such as Habitat for Humanity or United Way.

Rotations

The program has three 12-18 month rotational assignments, each with different areas of focus that allow participants to build a core foundation that will enable them to succeed within the organization:

Marketing – P&L management, Product Positioning and Consumer Research
Product – Product Management, Exposure to Engineering and Brand Management
Merchandising – Exposure to Trades and Channels, Sales and Forecasting Analysis and Pricing and Promotions

Requirements

To be considered for BPLDP, candidates must have received their MBA with high academic credentials and have 3+years of business experience, demonstrated leadership abilities and clear top talent indicators.
