TimelineThe program lasts two years with multiple six- or 12-month rotations completed during this time. Upon successful completion of the program, WERLD graduates will enter advanced full-time professional engineering positions. RequirementsCandidates pursuing a master's degree in mechanical, electrical, computer or chemical engineering or related engineering fields are eligible to apply. Additionally, we seek individuals with superior academic performance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. |
