RotationsThe three 12 to 18 month assignments are tailored to meet the career interests of participants. The rotations include an HR Generalist role, an HR Specialist role (i.e. Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Organizational Development), and a third rotation that could be a cross-functional rotation, project assignment or additional specialist or generalist assignment.
