A World of Opportunity in Global Information Systems at WhirlpoolThe Global Information Systems Leadership Development Program (GISLDP) is a three-year, on-the-job development experience for innovative, high-potential college graduates who have recently completed their degrees in MIS or other IT-related fields. The program is targeted for graduates with exemplary technical skills and outstanding leadership potential who want to pursue fast-paced roles that build capability and drive change within a global IS organization. The GISLDP develops future global leaders within Whirlpool. Participants receive both foundational and forward-looking career development challenges through a powerful combination of targeted training and coaching and though practical experienced gained during robust rotational assignments. RotationsEach rotational assignment will provide insight into our company's comprehensive GIS organization as well as into the many business units within Whirlpool. The types of rotational assignments you will experience during this three-year program may include:
A global assignment and international project experience within the company is also highly encouraged. TimelineGISLDP participants will experience three diverse and challenging work assignments. Each assignment will last approximately 12 months. Upon completion, participants are placed in an advanced permanent full-time role within the organization. Requirements
