The Brand Immersion Program at Whirlpool Corporation is an intake and rotational development program for high-potential undergraduates to gain on-the job experiences and build the foundational marketing competencies to progress toward Marketing Management.

The program is designed to gain insight into Whirlpool’s brands, products, consumers, and how we go to market. During three rotational roles you will be given the opportunity to develop foundational marketing skills such as content writing, agency management, and creative work evaluation while working on campaigns that drive our many iconic brands.

If you desire a career in brand management, insights, channel marketing, or digital marketing this may be the program for you.

Who we are looking for:

  • Students and graduates in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing or Brands
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA
  • Prior Brand and/or Marketing internship or co-op experience preferred, digital marketing and/or marketing analytics experience highly desired
  • Actively involved in campus activities and organizations, preferably in leadership roles
