Global Leader Program (GLP)

The goal of the Global Leader Program is to create future enterprise level leaders who have a well-rounded understanding of the global Whirlpool enterprise through robust cross-functional experiences, executive sponsorship, and leadership development. This challenging and exciting program is designed specifically to cultivate the future senior leadership at Whirlpool.
Background and experience
- Students currently in a MBA curriculum with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- 5-7 years of work experience with proven career progression prior to returning for MBA
- Ability to work in various fields across a business including operations, commercial or corporate functions, finance, etc.
- Fluency in English
Please note: The Global Leader Program is only open to interns; full time roles require a successful completion of a Whirlpool Internship or internal transfer within the company.
