The goal of the Human Resources Development Program is to develop core HR and HR operations talent who have a well-rounded understanding of the HR function through experiences in operations.

Who we are looking for:

  • Progress in Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Human Resources with an anticipated graduation date of May 2020
  • Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
  • Demonstrated experience with Data Analytics & Project Management

HR Operations is the arm that delivers and executes key components of Human Resources at Whirlpool. With at least one of your rotations in HR Operations, you will get a chance to experience what it means to be the true “heartbeat” of HR

Problem solving and process building
By leveraging Continuous Improvement(CI) and standardization practices, the HR Development Program(HRDP) is designed to give you the tools and experiences needed to be successful in any role at Whirlpool

Rotational and foundational
Within the HRDP, you will get a chance to explore multiple roles within the first few years of your career. This allows for quick development and engaging work while getting participants exposure to potential areas for future career growth
