The Real Whirled Sales Development Program begins with an unmatched multi-week immersion experience in which participants gain insight into Whirlpool’s brands, products, consumers, and how we go to market. Following the training, our participants transition into the role of Sales Execution Representative (SER) and relocate to represent the company in cities across the United States for approximately one year before moving into a variety of roles in sales, operations, training, etc.

The immersion experience and development touchpoints throughout the first year creates a solid foundation to start your career within the Sales organization at Whirlpool Corporation.

Who we are looking for:

  • Students and graduates in a Bachelor’s program in Sales or Marketing
  • Preferred minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA
  • Proven work experience or internship in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Dynamic presenter possessing strong public speaking, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to show success through the articulation of quantitative and qualitative results
  • Must be relocatable to any metropolitan location in the Continental United States at the conclusion of the Real Whirled Program and mobile back to Whirlpool Corporate offices in Benton Harbor, MI or Knoxville, TN within 12-18 months
