Real Whirled Sales Development Program

The Real Whirled Sales Development Program begins with an unmatched multi-week immersion training experience in which participants gain insight into Whirlpool’s brands, products, consumers, and how we go to market.

At the start of the program, participants will engage in a variety of different sales skills training sessions to gain valuable insight into our leading products, customer segments, sales strategy, merchandising approach, and operations. Upon joining the program as a full-time hire, participants will be assigned to a dedicated sales territory as a Sales Execution Representative (SER) and will be expected to actively participate and apply their training insights within their market.

The immersion experience and development touchpoints throughout the first year provides an opportunity to learn and apply while creating a solid foundation to start your career at Whirlpool Corporation within the Sales organization.

Background and experience

  • Students and graduates in a Bachelor’s program in Sales or Marketing
  • Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s licence
  • Proven work experience or internship in Sales and/or Marketing
  • Strong leadership skills & experience
  • Dynamic presenter possessing strong public speaking, facilitation, and influencing skills
  • A proven track record of success demonstrated through the articulation of quantitative and qualitative results
  • Must be geographically mobile
